Fast&Easy Veggie Burger

Work, workout, cleaning, food-shopping… aka no time to cook. Wrong! A tasty, healthy burger is easy to make and just what you need after a long day.

You need:

  • 100% Whole Wheat SandwichThins
  • 1 Veggie Burger (I love Portabella Veggieburgers from Franklin Farms)
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Mini Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Salsa (preferably organic)
Preparation:
1. Grill the Veggie Burger in a pan
2. Cut cucumber, tomato, and onion in slices
3. Toast Sandwichthins
4. Stack spinach, veggie burger, tomato, cucumber, onion, and salsa in between Sandwichthins
Dinner’s served!
